Proud of himself

He is standing proud at the edge of the stage steps. He is ready to accept his diploma. He is now a graduate in college!

He can’t help but feel this pride with himself. He’s worked so hard to get to where he is now. He is often sacrificing all for a bachelor’s degree. And now that he is about to walk that red carpet up the stage to get his diploma…

He can already see himself wearing a corporate attire and carrying a leather briefcase that the parents gave him. He can’t wait to begin life after college. He can’t wait to start living again.
